What is Matcha?

The word which is making headlines and becoming a new generation obsession, Matcha is a type of green tea traditionally from Japan. It is finely grounded hand picked green tea leaves which are dried. Due to its high chlorophyll levels it is vibrant green with slightly bitter taste.

Types of matcha-

Ceremonial Grade- It is considered the highest and premium graded matcha which comes from the youngest teal leaves. Smooth and fine texture.
